muhammad the messenger (pbuh) had encouraged his companions to practice the refined sport that is based on strengthening the body and recreating the spirit and bringing benefit unto the society without wasting money and soul and without corrupting manners.

he himself had practiced some sports like running, wrestling & horseback ridding. the only condition to sport in muhammad's (pbuh) constitution is to own noble and refined manners and to have sublime goals.
